Game Dev la ITFest 2013


 

 

Suntem bucurosi sa revenim a doua oara la ITFest, organizat de Osut in aceste zile la Timisoara. Am fost invitati sa sustinem workshopul de Game Development. Le multumim pe aceasta cale organizatorilor pentru efortul depus in organizarea evenimentelor.
Pentru cei participanti si nu numai va prezentam o serie de linkuri catre pogramele si materialele mentionate in cadrul prezentari, organizate dupa urmatoarele categorii: game mechanics, soft modelare 3D, game engine, comunitate si sfaturi.

Modelare 3D
Blender soft open source, foarte puternic insa destul de greu de invatat, dar are o comunitate foarte bine dezvoltata. http://www.blender.org/

123D – altenrativ la Sketchup de la Autodesk, dezvoltatorii softului 3D Studio Max. http://www.123dapp.com/
Houdini – un soft care vine si cu o varianta gratuita, foarte eficient , mai usor ca Blender dar mai greu ca si Sktechup http://www.sidefx.com/index.php

GameSalad – engine 2D de joc cu exportare catre platformele mobile – http://gamesalad.com/

Unity 3D – un engine 3D cu o faima in crestere. Relativ usor de invatat, distribuit gratuit. http://unity3d.com/
